Position: Supply Chain Coordinator (Lubricant)
Salary: £27K (Negotiable*)
Location: London – Hybrid working 3 days/week at the office

【Purpose of the role】
In accordance with our own group strategy, pursue customer satisfaction and meet the requirements thereof through on-time and full delivery arrangements.
You always comply with logistic regulations and taxation correctly.
【Duties, Responsibilities】
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Keen on customer demand and forecast
- Arrange shipping documents (such as invoices, purchase orders and export docs etc.)
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and clients
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- correct discrepancies between physical and system stock
- If necessary, source the necessary product to the customer
- Answer customer inquiries in the first place
- Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment
- Other Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time
【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】
- Work experience as a BtoB Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of SAP - logistics software, or transport management systems
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms eg, FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
- Eligible for working in the UK with no expiry date
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- IT literacy (Business level)
- Expert understanding of incoterms and import/export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods/shipments clearance
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure
- Customer order management and ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Basic level of knowledge in forecasting and re-order management to manage inventory
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
【Preferred knowledge, skills, qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- SAP Global certification or a related certification
- Ideally if they have experience in chemical/lubricants industry then this will be preferred.
- Expert knowledge in handling Imports in the UK and exports to Europe after Brexit
