Account Manager (Japanese speaker)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Salary: Up to €70,000

Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for accounts, overseeing customer activities
- Achieve sales targets
- Acquire new leads and increase sales for existing accounts
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Understand and report on customer satisfaction, expectations, needs, and future plans
- Promote new and existing business solutions through networking within the global group
- Understand customer requirements and create customized proposals and solutions
- Report sales figures, manage monthly forecasts, and annual budgets
- Properly use and update CRM and ERP tools
- Collaborate with other internal teams/departments to define product catalogs and roadmaps
- Serve as backup for other Account Managers
Desired Experience and Characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player
- Experience with Japanese workplace culture is a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive and problem-solving orientation
- Experience in sales or account management in customer-facing positions
- Basic project management skills and understanding of simple tools
- Understanding or strong interest in IT
