**Position Overview**
This is a responsible role where you will leverage your experience and skills in the financial industry to manage FX-related administrative functions. You will support the seamless and accurate execution of team operations by overseeing document preparation, reporting, and compliance processes. Additionally, you will support the trading desk and assist with client interactions, as well as handle the preparation of credit-related documentation. This position involves promoting cross-functional collaboration within the team to ensure smooth department operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Credit Application Drafting: Evaluate the profiles of investment funds, gather necessary information, and prepare comprehensive credit applications for submission.
- Supporting Documents for Credit Applications: Prepare and submit documents to the credit supervision department.
- Legal Document Coordination: Collaborate with the legal department to manage the drafting of key agreements such as hedging service contracts, ISDAs, and other essential documents.
- KYC Request Submission: Timely submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) requests via internal systems.
- Account Setup Support: Coordinate with the data management team to manage FX credit and settlement limits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ad Hoc Dealer Support: Prepare trade confirmations and monitor collateral positions to ensure compliance with trading agreements.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in FX trading and operations with a thorough understanding of financial regulations and KYC requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data and investment fund profiles.
- Expertise in Excel and financial software for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to handle processes in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with legal, fund managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Japanese language proficiency is required.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis or relevant roles in the financial services industry.
**Visa**
