Japanese Speaking Inbound Operation Assistant
Location: City, Hybrid
Salary: 25K

Responsibilities:
 

• Create/amend bookings
• Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant etc.
• Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty
• Japanese language customer service desk
• Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems
• Create and update sales materials (website, social media etc)
• Substitute Japanese language assistant for emergency

Requirements:
 

• Customer service experience
• Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary
• Good English oral and written communication skills are necessary
• Destination knowledge (UK, London) is preferred
• Moderate computer literature – experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable
• Experience or interests in shooting & editing picture videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
