International Law Firm is looking for Japanese peaking Paralegal
Location: Bank, hybrid
Salary: 30-32K
- Preparing and delivering client presentations and best practice sessions
- Assisting the Senior Paralegal with training
- Act as caseworker as required on less complex cases
- Support Paralegal/Senior Paralegals and Associates with the progression of more complex cases
- Organise application packages
- Handle applications including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, ILR and other applications as directed
- Draft emails, covering letters, application forms as directed with the use of precedents
- General administrative support as required
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience within immigration or a client-facing professional role. A law degree is not required but a desire to develop your career within a corporate environment is essential. Fluent spoken and written Japanese is essential.
Also required:
- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “can do” attitude to internal members/departments of the Firm as well as external clients and vendors
- Is able to learn procedural and processing requirements for various visa types
- Builds knowledge of Firm and client processes
- Demonstrates attention to detail and achieves high level of productivity

- Meets assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to supervisors
