Job Description
Attend properties managed by the company, as required for inspections, repairs, moving-in, moving-out, and bi-annual, management visit.
Meet with tenants and landlord as required.
Provide estimates for renovation work.
Arrange contractor for estimate and repair as possible
Maintain up to date records and use in-house system (works, orders, invoices etc,)
Deal with various maintenance issues within Head office and company brunches.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Driving license is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft
Organised and strong telephone manner.
Native level of English, as well as business level Japanese (JLPT N1, N2)
Excellent communication skill and business manner
Flexible, hardworking and proactive approach
Desired: Property business experience beneficial

Salary: Annual £25,000 ~£28,000
Contract: Permanent
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
Location: London
Language: English, Native Fluent / Japanese: Business level (JLPT N1, N2)
Remark: Holiday cannot be taken during busy season (usually March-April).
