Position: Real Estate Developer (Japanese Speaking)
Salary: GBP 50K-80K ( Depending on the experience )
Responsibilities:
- Collect property market data from property developers and agents in the UK
- After acquiring a project, conduct due diligence based on the property, location, investment size, current real estate status, licensing status, etc.
-Prepare reports for internal approval and report to the head office in Japan.
-Building good relationships with collaborative partners.
-Adhering to all regulations relating to investment operations.
-General administration of the corporation's operations.
Skills:
- Experience in property investment or investment and financing in a financial institution or similar.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in property markets and finance
- Knowledge of finance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Business level English language skills
- Business-level Japanese language skills
- Good organisational skills and time management skills
