Leading International Company in the Hospitality Industry is seeking for a Japanese speaking sales executive.
Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Contract: Permanent Monday-Friday 9:00~18:00
(Hybrid work is allowed after probation and upon agreement with line manager.)
Location: Central London
Salary: 38K~42K GBP (Depending on your experience)
Job Overview:
The position of sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts to attract new business and retain existing clients. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, and ensuring the meets or exceeds its sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is preffered.
- Fluent in English and professional understanding of Japanese Culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
