Our global construction consulting client is seeking a Technical Director to join their dynamic team.
Title: Project Management Leader
Salary: €120,000~ (Depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
• Managing projects in Environmental Due Diligence to provide excellent services for Commercial Real Estate clients
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
• Build and manage professional teams
• Prepare proposals collaboratively with the professional team and oversee proposal communication and negotiation with clients
• Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with prospective customers
• Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key stakeholders regarding client’s needs/challenges, identify strategies and product types that address client’s needs
• Develop a strong presence with clients in the professional community, represent the company at tradeshows and conferences, attend industry-specific networking events, and contribute to blog postings and other company marketing efforts
• Strategize with and support the other members of the team to cohesively market the company's service
• Stay updated on the requirements of various financial products, legislative updates, utility incentives, and municipal initiatives that affect the business and communicate that information both internally and externally
Requirements:
• Relevant environmental and/or surveying qualifications
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Existing client network and the ability and drive to generate new client relationships
• Complex sales and relationship-based selling experience in civil and survey industries
• Proven new business generation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of client service and practice management
• Ability to manage and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexible to travel as needed
• Eligible to work in the country without any restriction
• Driving license would be preferred
