Japanese trading company is currently recruiting an HR Co-ordinator to work in our Human Resources and General Affairs Department. The role involves providing all round HR support.
The successful candidate will be a flexible team player who is able to provide efficient and effective support in a credible manner.

Location: City of London,
Salary: £31,000 – £36,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Discretionary annual performance related bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and induction for the new employees
- Providing timely and accurate information and support to our employee
- Liaison with counterparts in the offices in our bloc and HQ to ensure smooth coordination
- Processing of invoices using SAP and internal allocation of invoices
- Maintaining the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
- Maintaining and updating employee records, database and reports
- Timely maintenance of the intranet and other HR systems
- Coordinating the training programme
- Providing administrative support inc benefit affairs
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
- English & Japanese – Fluent
- Ability to work with an objective perspective and to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent attention to detail and proven accuracy skills
- Strong excel skills
- Strong digital literacy skills
- Ability to learn systems such as Sage and Human Resource Information Systems
- Positive, flexible “can do” attitude

- Experience in a previous HR and IT role desirable but not essential
