Leading International Company in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking for a Global Mobility Specialist.
Position: Global Mobility Specialist
Contract: Permanent
Location: South East England (Berkshire area)
Salary: 38K~43K GBP (Depending on your experience)
Job Overview:
This position will be supporting the Global Mobility Operational activities related to Japanese Expats in conjunction with Global Mobility Section Manager, managing day to day queries and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support UK Immigration Sponsor duties and audit.
- Liaise with HM for expat’s policy, payroll, tax and welfare matters.
- Updating the in-house HR system.
- Keeping up to date about immigration matters for all required countries for inbound and outbound employees.
- Manage monthly payroll run for European expats
- Liaise with local HR Managers at destination country as necessary.
Requirement:
- Language: English and Japanese mandatory.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the organisation with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Comfortable working in a fast paced international business with matrix structures, understanding of cross-culture differences and management practices highly desirable,
Requirement:
- Previous experience in global mobility.
- Understanding of immigration rules, regulation, and requirements.
- Understanding of UK payroll and tax regulation.
- Additional European language is an advantage.
