Japanese Real Estate Agency is seeking for a Branch Administrator (Japanese speaking)
Position: Branch Administrator
Salary: GBP23,000-28,000
Working Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties
Office Sales / Letting Support
•Professional meet and greet at reception;
•Customer service over the telephone;
•Management ofproperty keys;
•Administrative support for lettings consultants;
•Assist consultants by proceeding deals with all paperwork and correct data entered intoour software platform (VECO);
•Update necessary system information
General Office Maintenance•Orderstationery
•Petty cash
•Mail management
Marketing
•Utilising IT systems accurately and effectively (Excel, Word,Veco, legacy system)
•Property records updated in the system (floor plans, display, photo editing andcanvassing)
•Submit theproperty details for magazine or Newspaper advertisement
•Creating and sending correspondence as and when needed
Requirement
•Excellent communication skillsand ability to build rapport with clients
•Flexible, hardworking and proactive approach
•Tenacious and resilient, with a drive to succeed
•Honesty and integrity
•Business-level Japanese and good level of English
•A good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word) and Outlook
Other
- You Must have a right to work without any restrictions
- Holiday cannot be taken during busy season (usually March - April)
