The role of Fund Structuring includes tasks such as registering funds in tax havens like the Cayman Islands and handling client interactions related to these activities. Please note that this position does not involve fund management tasks such as selecting stocks expected to appreciate in value, which is the responsibility of fund managers.
Job Description:
Fund Structuring and onboarding of new investment funds.
Responding to inquiries from clients and advisors regarding Fund Structuring.
Acting as the first point of contact and intermediary with business partners.
Building client relationships related to alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Fund Structuring and preparing legal documents.
Coordinating with various internal departments.
Liaising with clients.
Supporting the development of new products.
Handling inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Experience in fund administration or investment management.
Proven track record in building client relationships.
