Job Title:       Japanese speaking International Sales Executive
Location:      Ghent, Belgium
Salary:          €38,000-45,000 / year
Company:    Manufacturing Company
Language:    Business English and Japanese are a must
Visa:             Valid working visa holder in Belgium, EU Blue Card holder, or Graduate visa holder in EU

 

■Main responsibilities
・Sales to existing customers in European local companies (automotive and semiconductor industries) together with internal technical staff.
・Overseas business trips within Europe 2-3 times a month (each trip lasting 2-3 days).
・Logistics management in collaboration with logistics companies after receiving orders.
・Annual price negotiations with customers.
・Research and analysis of strategic market segments to understand market specifics and trends for the upcoming wave of EV automotive industries and semiconductor market.
・Formulate implementation plans for product development projects (defining customer needs and requirements, evaluating them, and negotiating with customers as necessary).

 

■Possible responsibilities
・Follow up and troubleshoot with R&D.
・Prepare technical documentation.
・Handle RFQ correspondence within the organization and manage project budgets.
・Conduct post-production follow-up.
・Manage sales forecasts and control monthly/annual budgets.
・Occasional business trips to Japan or Singapore (once a year).

 

■Mandatory Requirements
・Valid working visa in Belgium, EU Blue Card, or Graduate visa within the EU (consideration for work visa support after expiration).
・Able to attend the office in Ghent, Belgium daily.
・Able to relocate to Ghent before joining (consideration for partial relocation cost support).
・Able to handle 3-4 overseas business trips per month (each trip lasting 2-3 days).
・Fluent in business-level English and Japanese.
・Holder of a bachelor's degree or higher (Graduate visa holders within the EU are welcome).
・Proactive and able to take initiative, valuing teamwork.

 

■Preferable Requirements

・Experience in sales to automotive Tier 1 or semiconductor industries.

・Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry.

・Basic knowledge of chemical products.

・Experience using SAP or Salesforce.
