Responsibilities:
1. Coordination
Liaise with Japanese headquarters: Maintain regular communication with our team in Japan, ensuring clear and effective information exchange
Support the UK team: Assist with the setup and operation for clients, including ongoing support
Facilitate knowledge transfer: Ensure the UK team understands the technical aspects of the product through training, documentation, and ongoing support
Coordinate logistics: Manage the delivery and set up to end customers in the UK.
2. Marketing and Operational Support
Provide operational support: Assist the top management with various operational tasks
Support sales and marketing activities: Contribute to market research, coordinate with agencies and internal teams on the development of marketing materials, and support sales efforts
Fluent in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
A basic understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn new technologies
Proficiency in IT suites
Desirable:
Marketing knowledge/experience: Any experience in B2B marketing would be beneficial
