Are you a detail-oriented, numbers-savvy professional? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Bookkeeper/Administration to manage and streamline accounts, reconciliations, and compliance processes.
Location: Central London (Onsite)
Salary: £35,000- 45,000 (Depends on experience)
Your Role
As a Financial Administrator, you'll take charge of:
- Bank Statements & Reconciliations: Keep accounts balanced and in perfect order.
- VAT & CIS Management: Prepare returns, payments, statements, journals, and ensure compliance.
- Utilities & Rates Administration: Sage entries, contract checks, and monthly payments management.
- Year-End Excellence: Assist in accounts preparation, journal entries, and year-end processes.
- Loan & Interest Oversight: Manage loan statements and interest records.
- Procurement & Payments: Optimize costs, oversee purchase orders, supplier payments, and prepayments.
- Invoice Mastery: Create invoice packs, process invoices, and archive records efficiently.
- Sales & Forecasting: Handle sales invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in financial forecasting.
- Credit Control: Manage payroll journals, aged creditors reports, and statutory books.
- General Administration: Filing, recharges, and more to keep finances organized and compliant.
What You'll Need
- Fluent English.
- Expertise in Sage50 software and financial processes.
- Attention to detail that borders on perfection.
- Proven experience with reconciliations, VAT, CIS, and payroll systems.
