Position Title: CEO Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Company Overview: Branch of a major Japanese manufacturing company in Milan
Salary: €1,250/month - 4 days a week
Working Hours: 4 days a week from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: Working hours and days are flexible and negotiable
Employment Type: Contract employee
Approximately 8 months from the end of February 2025 to early October 2025 (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Milan
Hybrid Work: Work from home for 2 days out of the 4 working days is possible
Language Skills: Japanese and Italian at a business level
Job Description:
Translation of presentations and documents
Research and report creation based on CEO’s requests
Examples: Summer weather, gas and electricity price trends, natural disasters, etc.
Creation of presentation materialsExamples: For staff meetings, regular presentations to headquarters
Various support for the CEO
Examples: Interpretation (as needed), scheduling and accompanying for car maintenance, drafting messages, and liaising with technicians
Preparation of monthly sales reports at the beginning of each month
Reviewing activity reports of business travelers
Issuing and sending invoices
Checking expense reports
Handling various customer and agent interactions
Managing social media
Uploading news to the website
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
Fluency in Japanese, Business level in Italian and English
PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Valid visa to work in Italy
Experience as a PA or sales support (preferred)
