The planning team of the bank's credit review department is looking for an Associate. The Associate will not perform financial analysis of companies, but will support the planning team through data analysis and administrative tasks. Data analysis includes portfolio reviews and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize quarterly calculations of classified amounts and impairment costs, and prepare regulatory and internal reports.
Measure and assess key risk indicators monthly.
Arrange meetings with Front Offices and relevant departments.
Prepare daily reports on equity prices, Credit Default Swaps, and external ratings.
Check credit application status and download data from the credit application management system.
Assist in preparing reports related to impairment costs.
Support overall credit control, including self-assessment, credit monitoring, and application control.
Compile regular and ad-hoc reports.
Maintain and update the Credit Department website on the intranet.
Support business trip arrangements and manage meeting schedules and materials.
Prepare daily reports on equity prices, Credit Default Swaps, and external ratings.
Coordinate with relevant departments for new starters and leavers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
A few years of relevant job experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Business-level Japanese language skills
