Japanese Speaking Fixed Income Front Office Support (9-month contract)
This is a front office support position in the Fixed Income department (9-month contract employment, £60,000 per annum pro-rata).
You need to be a native-level Japanese speaker.
Experience in fixed-income operations, such as settlements, and middle & back office experience in the fixed-income sector will be useful.
Candidates should be familiar with Bloomberg.
Commission reconciliation for fixed income transactions.
Receipt and execution of orders from Tokyo head office and confirmation of orders
KYC and onboarding of new clients, opening accounts, etc.
Reconciliation and confirmation of transactions
Monitoring of back office enquiries
Responding to customer enquiries
Daily PNL reporting and commission confirmation
