Job Overview: A Japanese manufacturer is seeking an Office Administrator in Naples. This role supports the efficient operation of the office and manages daily tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who can perform tasks diligently.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales administration tasks
invoice management
Basic accounting tasks and general office duties (outsourced for final accounts)
Qualifications:
Experience in office administration or a related field
Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
Japanese language skills for communication with Japan
Ability to perform tasks in Italian
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Additional language skills (e.g., English)
