Full Time – 37 hours
- Monday/Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- 1 hour lunch time
Salary/ holiday:
Salary: Around 3,000 EUR per month / Around 42,000 EUR per annual (Gross)
Holiday: Pay holiday 23days +National holidays+ ※ADV 6Days
Requirements:
- Business level of Dutch and English is mandatory, basic knowledge of French is sufficient, Japanese is an additional point.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Receiving phone calls
- Understand Japanese culture

We are a small shipping company that transports not only personal goods but also goods for businesses.
We are looking for a junior or an experienced employee who would like to learn all things about transport with us and hopefully build a long future with us.
Responsabilities:
Responsible for all imported shipments.
Contact airlines and shipping lines for information.
Telephone/email contact with customers.
Customs formalities (customs related; for this you will be taking a basic customs course in Machelen on November 12th and 20th)
Invoicing for imported cargo
Substitute for people on holiday
helping seducing new customers
