Japanese Real Estate Agency is seeking for a tenancy consultant (Japanese speaking)
Position: Tenancy Consultant
Salary: GBP23,000-28,000
Working Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties
- Assist landlord and tenant with renewal procedure - (including check renewal intention, make renewal contract, invoice)
- Re-register deposit on deposit protect scheme
- Assist landlord and tenant with moving out procedure - (including booking professional cleaning and inventory check-out)
- Assist tenant's closing of their utility / council tax accounts
- Negotiation of dilapidation / deposit refund
- Register and archive tenancy files
- Answer phone calls and correspond via email both English and Japanese
- Other duties are assigned
Requirement
- Fluent in English and Japanese both orally and in writing
- Articulate with strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to work calmly, tenaciously and methodically under pressure
- Microsoft office applications (Word/Excel/Power point) to intermediate level
