Position: Reservation Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Working hour: Monday - Friday 9:00 -17:30
Job Purpose
-Booking flights for our clients
-Keeping good relationship with both existing and new clients

Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Booking flights/hotels/trains/other transportation such as rent a car for both individuals and groups and providing related service such as mileage upgrade or seat assignment.
- Issuing, amending, cancelling, refunding tickets for both individual and group
- Issuing invoices and credit notes and send out to customers
- Updating clients’ list when needed
- Co-operate with our Sales team
- Meeting existing/new customers to build a good relationship if required

Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in exchanging tickets and have knowledge of ticketing – highly desirable
- Computer skills at intermediate level at least (Word, Excel, PP)
- Able to learn new system
- Able to speak in both fluent English and Japanese (and writing/reading) at a business level
