【Job Description】
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese tenants throughout the duration of their tenancy.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, coordinating with both the Property Management Team and the Lettings Team.
• Foster effective communication between the various teams, collaborating with Property Management and Lettings Teams to ensure prompt problem resolution.
• Directly liaise with contractors when necessary to facilitate timely and efficient resolution of tenant issues.
• Take proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction through targeted activities and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the in-house system, including tenant communication logs, works orders, and invoices.
•Conduct occasional property visits as needed (e.g., moving in, moving out, inspections during the term), providing comprehensive reports to management.
• Organize and coordinate various tenant engagement events, such as tea parties for new arrivals, networking events, etc.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

【Requirements】
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates a professional manner and adheres to a strong ethical code.
• Exhibits a flexible, hardworking, and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese as well as in English, both speaking and writing.
• A good IT literacy and the knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
